With a bit natural bitterness, Brussel Sprout is often cooked in butter by roasting, braising or pan-frying, or with other herbs or ingredients, such as garlic, shallots, thyme, rosemary. It goes well with bacon, pork belly, ham, mushrooms and pancetta too.
