The Bellota-Bellota® lomito is prepared very differently comparing with the traditional one, that is the brand doesn’t use paprika during the steeping phase. Matured for a period of 6 to 9 months in large semi-vacuum metallic barrel, developing the complex flavour, this Lomito Ham is tender, tasty and subtle.
