This Soda is very popular in Japan, produced by Calpis, a subsidiary of Asahi Breweries. Produced by natural lactic acid fermentation, it has a light, slightly acidic flavour, is refreshing and delicious. In addition to enjoying on its own, it can be a mixer for cocktails.
