A French semi-soft cheese made in the southwest of France. Made by ancestral methods with pasteurised cow's milk, this washed rind and soft-ripened cheese has a strong aroma, a smooth, supple and rather springy texture, and a complex, intense and nutty flavour. It has been aged for about 4 weeks, perfect to consume on its own or served grilled and enjoy with a bread.
