  • Characteristics: Born in Choshi City, Chiba Prefecture, a town where soy sauce production has flourished since the Edo period. It is used in many high-end Japanese kappo restaurants. This koikuchi soy sauce has a well-balanced colour, taste and aroma. The hermetically sealed bottle keeps it fresh and free from air after opening. Koikuchi soy sauce is the so-called common soy sauce.
