  • Characteristics: This dashi soy sauce is from Kagawa Prefecture, famous for its Sanuki udon noodles. It is a richly flavoured dashi soy sauce made from honjozo soy sauce and a blend of carefully selected mackerel, bonito and kelp flakes. It can be used on its own as a soy sauce, as a seasoning for stir-fries, or diluted and used in simmered dishes and noodle soup.
