• Flavour: Flying fish dashi soy sauce base
• Features: Authentic broth made from extracted baked flying fish dashi, with a secret ingredient of fish sauce.
• Recommended ingredients: Chicken thigh, fish, Chinese cabbage, spring onion, carrot, shimeji mushroom, crown daisy, tofu.
• Recommended finish: Udon noodles.
• How to use: Shake the product well, put it in a pot, and bring to a boil. Add the meat and fish, remove the scum, then add the other ingredients. When cooked, it is ready to serve. Once the ingredients are finished, add the udon and heat again over low heat. It is also tasty with the addition of spring onions and eggs.
