• LAFITTE farms are located in Montaut, a typical village in the Landes area (South West of France nearby the Atlantic sea)
• It has been passed down through four generations and insist on adopting its family’s tradition know- how in producing duck and goose
• The geese are fed by corn grains (50%), wheat (25%), sunflower and rapeseeds. They are fed with grains and not corn puree, so they animals will grow slower, which gives higher texture quality and superior taste to the final foie gras
