The aim of BEERENBAUERN, a German brand was and is to produce fruits of the highest quality, hence, works according to biodynamic Demeter guidelines right from the start. The mango puree is made from the "Alphonso" variety, the queen of mangoes, aromatic and exquisite. Mixing a trace of bitter orange juice with this mango puree, creating the fruit spread with a fruity, tart note in the finish.
