• Characteristics: Light (Usukuchi) soy sauce is a light-coloured soy sauce, familiar in western Japan. Its high salt content, light colour and reduced flavour means that only a small amount is needed, allowing the flavour and colour of the ingredients to shine through. The two-stage maturation of whole soybean soy sauce and rice malt gives it a mellow and deep flavour.
• Made from 100% Japanese whole soybeans, Japanese wheat and Japanese rice.
• The bottle is a double-layered fresh bottle that prevents oxidation and retains its freshly prepared taste for 90 days at room temperature after opening.
• Recommended dishes: Mixed rice, noodle soup, simmered dishes, etc.
