This product is a yuzu ponzu made with rare “koboku yuzu” juice from trees over 100 years old, grown from seed in Tosa. It has an elegant aroma with concentrated acidity and natural sweetness, creating a well-balanced and deeply layered flavour. Finished with traditional dashi, it offers a mellow yet rich taste with a refined finish. Suitable for hot pot, tofu, grilled dishes and sashimi such as seared bonito.
