UNZENKINOKO Youyou Noodle with Mushroom [Cup] (61.6g)

This instant noodle cup contains nyumen, a light Japanese noodle soup made with thin wheat noodles similar to somen. The noodles are produced using techniques inspired by Shimabara hand-stretched somen, resulting in a delicate texture and a gentle, easy-to-eat dish.

The soup is made with a traditional Japanese dashi prepared from Hokkaido kelp and dried bonito from Makurazaki in Kagoshima, seasoned with soy sauce for a balanced, savoury flavour. The noodles are made with domestic wheat flour and natural sea salt from Sakito in Nagasaki.

Simply add hot water and wait 3 minutes to enjoy. The cup includes enoki mushroom topping, and the convenient packaging makes it suitable for quick meals at work, outdoors, or while travelling.
